Systems contractor means a person engaged in and who holds himself or herself out as a specialist in the installation, renovation, and repair of On-site Wastewater Treatment Systems.

Systems contractor means a person engaged in and who holds himself out as a specialist in installation, renovation, and repair of small wastewater systems. For the purpose of this definition and of the system contractor licensing requirements: A person who installs more than (1) individual sewage disposal system in any twelve (12) month period shall be deemed to be engaged in, and/or if said person received compensation of any kind for his services, he shall be deemed to hold himself out as a specialist in the installation, renovation, and repair of small wastewater systems.
