Systems Business definition

Systems Business means the following activities of the Licensee or of any wholly owned Subsidiary to the extent that they are undertaken in the United Kingdom taken together:
Systems Business means services relating to the system design and the integration of semiconductor products into integrated products of other manufacturers, including providing consulting services relating thereto.
