System Updates means any improvement in the Software that relates to operating performance but does not alter the basic function of the Software.
System Updates mean upgrades, bug fixes, or additional features that modify the operating system of the Wii console and/or are designed to optimize or enhance the operation, performance, or security of the Wii Network Services or the Wii console.
System Updates means software which, when installed on a Licensee Computer which already has the Licensed Software installed on it, updates the Licensed Software to fix malfunctions, defects or errors, increase performance, and/or make other maintenance changes.
