System Specifications definition

System Specifications means the details of the System design and installation, set forth on Schedule #2.
System Specifications means the specifications set forth on Exhibit A attached relating to the System, as may be amended by the Development Committee from time to time.
System Specifications means the specifications for the Licensed Software set forth in the License Agreement and, with respect to any Future Software Addition, the applicable written change request executed by both the Clerk and NewVision.

More Definitions of System Specifications

System Specifications means those technical and functional requirements relating to the design and performance of the BAS System or a particular Phase of the BAS System, as set forth in the Contract. The System Specifications may from time to time be amended by Change Orders.
System Specifications means the functional and technical specifications and requirements for a complete NMR Subsystem attached hereto as Appendix A-1.
System Specifications means operator's guide, package inserts, packaging specifications, label claims, instructional manuals and other material provided by CBI for use with Systems and Consumables.
