Examples of System Sites in a sentence

  • The above fees apply only with respect to System Sites set forth on Exhibit A-1 as of the Effective Date; however, with respect to System Sites added to Exhibit A-1 after the Effective Date, such fees are subject to change at any time.

  • In addition to anything else set forth in this Schedule A, ---------- CSG and System Sites shall have the following responsibilities depending upon the means by which the data to be processed is transmitted to CSG.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, a Customer may add System Sites to its Affiliate Addendum upon request and CSG and such Customer shall sign a supplement to the applicable Affiliate Addendum reflecting each such addition.

Related to System Sites

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Resort Site means that part of Burswood Island as is shown bordered red on Lands and Surveys Miscellaneous Plan 1512 but does not include the Site;

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.
