System Seniority definition

System Seniority means an Employee’s total continuous time of service with the District as computed from the Employee’s most recent date of hire.
System Seniority means the length of continuous service in the Transit Services Branch.
System Seniority. Means a teacher’s length of continuous service in years, months, and days in the Upper Cape Cod Regional School District commencing on the initial date of most recent employment as a full-time contracted employee in a classification covered by this Agreement (not date of appointment). Where the total number of years, months, and days are equal, seniority shall be determined by the greater attainment of one of the teachers involved.

  • Only Flight Attendants on the Alaska Airlines System Seniority List may be assigned to such a domicile, and this Agreement will apply to such Flight Attendants.

  • Classification Seniority is defined as the length of service in a specific job classification within the bargaining unit, beginning with the date an employee starts to serve a probationary appointment. Classification Seniority shall be interrupted only by separation because of resignation, discharge for just cause, failure to return upon expiration of a leave of absence, failure to respond to a recall from layoff, or retirement.
