System Segment Portion definition

System Segment Portion means a discrete portion of the System and may refer to a span (a portion of the System between two Transmission Sites or between a Transmission Site and a point of presence or System end point), a portion between two points of presence or a point of presence and a System end point, or a portion of the System affected by a relocation or other circumstance.
