System Restoration Charges definition

System Restoration Charges means the nonbypassable amounts to be charged for the use of electric services, approved by the PUCT in the Financing Order to recover Qualified Costs that may be collected by CenterPoint Houston, its successors, assignees or other collection agents as provided for in the Financing Order.
System Restoration Charges means any system restoration charge, as defined in Section 1312(18) of the Restoration Law.

  • If a Servicer Default shall arise from the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its duties or obligations under the Servicing Agreement with respect to the Transition Property, the System Restoration Bond Collateral or the System Restoration Charges, the Issuer shall take all reasonable steps available to it to remedy such failure.

  • As provided in the Financing Order, Schedule SRC and Section 4.01(b)(i)(C) of this Agreement, interest paid by the Servicer shall be recoverable through System Restoration Charges if the Servicer’s claim to the funds is not clearly unfounded.

  • In the event that the Seller receives any payment under the terms and provisions of the Intercreditor Agreement in respect of the System Restoration Charges or the proceeds thereof other than in its capacity as the Servicer, the Seller shall pay the Servicer all payments received by the Seller in respect thereof, in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement, as soon as practicable after receipt thereof by the Seller.

  • The System Restoration Charges shall be separately identified if required by and in accordance with the terms of the Financing Order and Tariff.

  • The regression estimate fits the data reasonably well, with 61% of variation in the dependent variable being explained.

  • If an REP agrees to assume the responsibility for the payment of overdue System Restoration Charges as a condition of receiving the customers of another REP that has decided to terminate service to those customers for any reason, the new REP shall not be assessed the Penalty upon such System Restoration Charges; provided, however, that the prior REP shall not be relieved of the previously assessed Penalties.

  • Each Bill issued by the Servicer to a Customer shall contain the charge corresponding to the System Restoration Charges owed by such Customer for the applicable Billing Period.

  • The Servicer shall assess and collect a 5% late-payment penalty (the “Penalty”) on all System Restoration Charges billed to an REP but not paid by that REP by the close of business on the 35th day after the REP Billing Day.

  • If a Customer or REP does not pay the full amount of any bill by the Servicer, the amount paid by the Customer or REP will first be apportioned between the System Restoration Charges and other fees and charges (including amounts billed and due in respect of system restoration or transition charges associated with system restoration or transition bonds issued under other financing orders), other than late fees, and second, any remaining portion of the payment will be allocated to late fees.

Related to System Restoration Charges

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Termination Charges shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(b)(iii).

  • Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement and/or this RAO agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix C hereof which rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable also by the Access Seeker.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Covered Building Service Contract means a contract or subcontract to provide Building Services to the City of Cambridge or any of its departments or subdivisions.

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects.   • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Termination Charge means a charge levied when an unamortized balance remains and the Jurisdiction requests termination of Street Lighting Service. The charge is determined by costs of equipment, installation, removal, disposal, Capital Recovery Period, and Utility Financing Cost minus payments made to date for the specific fixtures.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Generator Operator means the Person that Operates the Generating Facility and performs the functions of supplying electric energy and interconnected operations services within the meaning of the NERC Reliability Standards.

  • Resource Substitution Charge means a charge assessed on Capacity Market Buyers in an Incremental Auction to recover the cost of replacement Capacity Resources.

  • Cancellation Charges means collectively (i) the Booking Amount; (ii) all interest liabilities of the Allottee accrued till date of cancellation; and (iii) brokerage paid to real estate agent/channel partner/broker, if any (iv) the stipulated charges on account of dishonour of cheque; (v) administrative charges as per Promoter’s policy and (vi) amount of stamp duty and registration charges to be paid/paid on deed of Cancellation of this Agreement

  • Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.

  • Medicare Levy Surcharge means an extra charge payable by high income earners beyond the standard Medicare Levy if they do not have qualifying private hospital insurance coverage. This charge is assessed as part of an individual or family’s annual tax return.

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Storm water or wastewater collection system means piping, pumps, conduits, and any other equipment necessary to collect and transport the flow of surface water run-off resulting from precipitation, or domestic, commercial, or industrial wastewater to and from retention areas or any areas where treatment is designated to occur. The collection of storm water and wastewater does not include treatment except where incidental to conveyance.

  • Basic generation service transition costs means the amount by

  • Sanitary Sewer System means all facilities, includ- ing approved LOSS, used in the collection, transmission, storage, treatment, or discharge of any waterborne waste, whether domestic in origin or a combination of domestic, commercial, or industrial wastewater. LOSS are only consid- ered sanitary sewer systems if they are designed to serve urban densities. Sanitary sewer system is also commonly known as public sewer system.

  • Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Participating Transmission Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if connecting to a part of the Participating TO’s electric system that is not part of the CAISO Grid.
