System Requirements definition

System Requirements has the meaning given in Section 5.2.
System Requirements means the minimum requirements for computers, handheld devices, software, bandwidth and integrations for accessing the Software specified by us from time to time. Term means the term of this agreement commencing on the Commencement Date and expiring or terminated in accordance with clause 9. Updates means any modifications, enhancements, improvements, or revisions to the Software, including updates to improve their performance or correct errors, to comply with changes to industry guidelines or technological enhancements, but does not include new versions of the Software which have altered functional characteristics. User means each person, including employees, consultants and agents, who is permitted to access or use the Software by you and accesses or uses the Software under the authority or control of you. WiseTime means an activity and time capturing software.
System Requirements means the system requirements for the Products as set out in any Order Form(s), and otherwise as advised by Business Fitness from time to time. Tax means any present or future tax, levy, deduction, impost, withholding, charge or duty which is levied or imposed by any Government Body together with any interest, penalty or fine on those amounts.

More Definitions of System Requirements

System Requirements has the meaning given in clause 4.1 of this Module 1.
System Requirements. The minimum requirement for Southwest Direct is an IBM-compatible 386 computer with 4 megabytes of RAM, running Windows 3.0, 3.1 or Windows for Workgroups. Additional RAM will increase system performance. In order to fully utilize all the features of Southwest Direct, the program should be run in a network environment. For optimal performance, an IBM-compatible 486/33 or greater computer with a fast video card and 4 megabytes of RAM or more of RAM is recommended.
System Requirements. Any and all standards of performance, availability requirements, functionality requirements and specifications, which shall exist in the System and/or that the System must fulfill, including, without limitations, any and all standards of performance, availability requirements, operational requirements, functionality requirements and specifications contained in this Contract generally, in the Approved Design Documents and as specified in the Technical Specifications.
System Requirements means business, operational, technical and/or functional requirements relating to the operation or utilization of the System, as specified in Attachment A.1 (System Requirements).
