System Facilities definition

System Facilities means, collectively, the systems and facilities specifically described on Exhibit A hereto, and also includes any improvements, extensions and additions thereto and all related systems and facilities hereafter acquired, owned or operated by the University as part of the systems and facilities described on Exhibit A, plus such other systems and facilities as at some future date may be added to any of the described systems or facilities by University action, except such systems and facilities as at some future day may be removed from the System by University action, upon compliance with the provisions of Section 904 hereof.
System Facilities means the TWC Cable Systems and other equipment, software and facilities, including but not limited to the networking infrastructure (including all the physical and RF facilities, neighborhood cabling and neighborhood aggregation points), ATD Network, connecting the Internet to the cable modem or other device in which the network termination is located at the location of each Service Subscriber; provided, however, that System Facilities shall not include any EarthLink Software.
System Facilities means the cable system constructed for use within the Township, including without limitation, the headend (and distribution lines to the headend) even if located outside of the Township, antenna, cables, wires, lines, towers, amplifiers, converters, equipment or facilities located within the corporate limits of the Township designed, constructed or wired for the purpose of producing, receiving, amplifying and distributing by coaxial cable, fiber optics, microwave or other means, audio, radio, television and electronic signals to and from subscribers in the Township, and any other equipment or facilities located within the corporate limits of the Township intended for the use of the cable system.

  • Borrower has good, legal and valid title to all of the Collateral and all other assets necessary for it to conduct its business or operate the Projects (subject to payment of the Purchase Price (as defined in the MESPA) of the System Facilities), free of all Liens other than Permitted Liens and no such Permitted Lien is prior to the Lien of the Secured Parties except to the extent such priority results from operation of applicable law.

System Facilities means the University’s system of dormitory, dining room, social, recreational, parking and other revenue producing facilities serving the University and its students, as defined in the System Facilities Resolution.

Related to System Facilities

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.
