System Event definition

System Event means an event, which for the purposes of this Agreement, shall be deemed to be one (1) hour in duration (whether or not the actual duration is longer than one (1) hour) that causes the System to be in non-compliance with all or any applicable North American Electric Reliability Council disturbance control standards and/or causes the System Controller to shed firm load from the System.
System Event means an event that is registered electronically on a computerised screen at Panorama Security’s SMS requiring operator intervention and action by Panorama Security in accordance with the Commission Form.
System Event means an event that is registered electronically on a computerised screen at SXP’s SMS requiring operator intervention and action by SXP in accordance with the Connection Form.

More Definitions of System Event

System Event means an event identified as such in Table 1 in Article 1.7 of Part D to this Schedule 20.

  • Severe Disruption Event means any event specified as such in the Final Terms.

  • ii) Event means any event described in Section 11(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Benchmark Event means, with respect to an Original Reference Rate:

  • Emergency Event means any situation arising from sudden and reasonably unforeseen natural disaster such as earthquake, flood, fire, or other acts of God, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of the portable engine or equipment unit operator, its officers, employees, and contractors that threatens public health and safety and that requires the immediate temporary operation of portable engines or equipment units to help alleviate the threat to public health and safety.

  • Change of Control Triggering Event means the occurrence of both a Change of Control and a Rating Event.

  • Covenant Trigger Event shall occur at any time that Availability is less than the greater of (a) $12.5 million and (b) 10% of the Line Cap then in effect. Once commenced, a Covenant Trigger Event shall be deemed to be continuing until such time as Availability equals or exceeds the greater of (i) $12.5 million and (ii) 10% of the Line Cap then in effect for 30 consecutive days.
