System Error definition

System Error has the meaning set forth in Section 9.4.4 hereof.

System Error means when functionality identified in this Agreement or described in the NAVITAIRE product user documentation is currently not working in Customer’s account in all material respects consistent with the manner that it is described in such documentation pertaining to the release Customer is reporting the error against. No failure of any reconfiguration by Customer of a Configurable Template shall be deemed to be or can create a System Error.
System Error means a failure, error or other problem of/in the Merchant Services or TSYS System (including statement errors).

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.
