System Equipment definition

System Equipment means all computer-related hardware, including but not limited to, servers, workstations, cables, mice, keyboards, cameras, and SAN’s; operating system software; database software; and other third party software.
System Equipment means and include all of the physical components of the System, including all related software and hardware.
System Equipment means the equipment more particularly defined in paragraph 506.3(5).

Examples of System Equipment in a sentence

  • Any maintenance, service, installation, repair, replacement and/or testing of solely cosmetic defects which do not affect the operation of devices included in the System Equipment.

  • Browns Hill is not obligated to monitor the System Equipment, but Browns Hill may monitor the System Equipment in its sole discretion.

  • If the System Equipment is unable to fulfill the Intended Use solely for any of the reasons set forth in this Section (either a single reason or a combination of such reasons), the System Equipment shall still be considered Available.

  • If FRUITA requires the System Equipment to be down for its own purposes, FRUITA shall notify Browns Hill via email or telephone with as much notice as possible.

  • Browns Hill will provide maintenance, service, installation, repair, replacement, and testing of System Equipment at the Location(s) for damage resulting from the causes listed in this Subsection (3)(d).


More Definitions of System Equipment

System Equipment means the equipment that includes, but is not limited to, proprietary cameras, computers, flash units, housing, poles, auxiliary flashes, conduits, image analysis units, pull boxes, wiring, and vehicle detection equipment.
System Equipment means the equipment described in Exhibit A hereto, including without limitation any controllers, disk drives, interface cards, circuitry and integrated circuits incorporated therein, and any other equipment and components provided by 3PARdata to Participant pursuant to this Agreement during the term of this Agreement.
System Equipment means Equipment that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and such other Equipment as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Equipment. Such System Equipment includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility equipment.
System Equipment means the equipment and software, (including parking enforcement software) required at Authority on-street and off-street paid parking areas to enable the operation of the System and services; cost of single space meter stickers, multi-space meter stickers, signage, cost of maintenance, updates and technical support; any advertising of the service; and any other costs whatsoever associated with this service.
System Equipment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(j).

System Equipment means all equipment used in, or necessary for, the safe and proper operation of the System, including, but not limited to, satellite dishes, antennas, parabolic receiver antennas, leads, cables, conduit, terminals, location markers, amplifiers, down converters, wiring, descrambling equipment, head end equipment (including all racks, security and air conditioning units, power inserters, modulators, receivers and access cards), pedestals, junction boxes, vaults, splitters, interdiction devices, power supplies, receivers, destackers, amplifiers, decoders and other electronic devices used to distribute broadband communication signals.
