System Development Fee definition

System Development Fee means that portion of the capital cost of the wastewater system being assessed to each owner of a Tax Parcel, up to a maximum of $4,500 per EDU.
System Development Fee means the fee paid to the District in order for a Licensed Premises to tap the Public Water or Wastewater Systems.
