System Deliverable definition

System Deliverable means any Acquired Technology and Contractor Software, including Minor Modifications, to be delivered or provided by Contractor to District under this Agreement and may include, without limitation, software source and object code, equipment, firmware, microcode, designs, reports, studies, and Documentation.
System Deliverable means any Acquired Technology and Vendor Software, including Minor Modifications, to be delivered or provided by Vendor to the District under this Contract and may include, without limitation, software source and object code, conversion data, equipment, firmware, microcode, designs, reports, studies, and Documentation.

Examples of System Deliverable in a sentence

  • To the extent that it is legally able to do so, Contractor will assign and transfer to District all warranties received from the supplier (other than Contractor) of any component of any System Deliverable.

  • Any condition that constitutes a non-material defect or error in one or more functions that a System Deliverable is warranted to perform is a “Priority 3” condition.

  • The specifications and proposed acceptance test criteria, once approved by the parties in writing, shall be the criteria used in acceptance testing of a System Deliverable (the “Final Criteria”).

  • To the extent applicable, Contractor shall, as of the date of final acceptance of any System Deliverable, make such System Deliverable comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

  • For any Deliverable that is not a System Deliverable, the applicable Work Order will set forth the acceptance criteria and other testing required for District to evaluate and accept (or, where necessary, reject) such Deliverable; provided, however, that in no case will a Deliverable be accepted by District until District has provided Contractor with District’s written acceptance thereof.

  • Except as may otherwise be required by a Work Order, all Documentation shall be complete and describe the applicable System Deliverable and components thereof accurately so as to enable a staff consisting of a reasonable number of information systems professionals with ordinary skills and experience to fully utilize the System Deliverable for all purposes for which it is being acquired by or intended for use by District.

  • Contractor will not commence development of any System Deliverable hereunder until the parties have approved acceptance test criteria in writing, or, in the absence of such approval, District has specifically authorized Contractor in writing to commence development.

  • Any condition that impairs one or more functions that a System Deliverable is warranted to perform or that results from Contractor’s performance of the Services and impairs District’s use of any aspect of its information technology environment, but that does not involve a Priority 1 condition and is not a Priority 3 condition, is a “Priority 2” condition.

  • A “Priority 1” condition is any failure caused by a System Deliverable or by Contractor’s performance of Services that precludes all work from being done on a computer system or that materially impairs a major function of a computer system or software.

  • If District notifies Contractor of any material failure in performance of Services or material failure of a System Deliverable to operate as warranted, Contractor, at its own expense, shall promptly analyze the description of the circumstances relating to such material failure.


More Definitions of System Deliverable

System Deliverable means any software Deliverable or portion thereof to the extent including one or more components of the System.
System Deliverable means a Deliverable or set of Deliverables which comprise of configurations of and interfaces to a defined set of functionality of the Platform (or interfaces to the Customer Systems or the Platform), and which are intended for Acceptance by the Customer for live production use;

Related to System Deliverable

  • Custom Deliverable means the Work Product that Contractor is required to deliver to the Eligible User under this Contract.

  • Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings, as set out in the Order or otherwise agreed in writing by Get Living and the Supplier;

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Output Material means any Documents or other materials, and any data or other information provided by the Supplier relating to the Specified Service;

  • IS Specification means the Specification of latest edition with amendments, if any, up to time of receipt of tender by Corporation issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards as referred to in the specifications and / or work orders.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
