System Capacity definition

System Capacity means the operational capacity of the System at any applicable point in time.
System Capacity means system Resource Adequacy Benefits associated with the PDR(s) designated by Seller pursuant to Section 1.4, as such attributes may be identified from time to time by the CPUC, CAISO, or other Governmental Body having jurisdiction, that can be counted toward RAR, which may be exclusive of any Local Capacity and Flexible Capacity as indicated on Table 1.1(b).
System Capacity means the available operational capacity of the System at any applicable point in time, as such amount may vary from time to time pursuant to any contractual arrangements entered into by Carrier.

Examples of System Capacity in a sentence

  • The amount of any such reduction shall be treated as unused allocated System Capacity and shall be reallocated among other Shippers in accordance with Item 7(G).

  • Shipper’s allocation of System Capacity may be transferred as an incident of the bona fide sale of the Shipper’s business or to a successor to the Shipper’s business by the operation of law, such as an executor or trustee in bankruptcy.

  • Carrier will reduce the allocations of System Capacity to each Committed Shipper affected by such Force Majeure event by the same percentage as the reduction in capacity of the affected portion of the System or the reduction in receipt or delivery capability of the affected Origin Point or Destination Point, respectively and as applicable.

  • Within each category, projects will be ranked in order based on the total points assigned the project using the following formula: Total Priority Points = Adjusted Benefit/Cost Points + Consolidation Points + System Capacity Points + Assistance Program Points + Needs Survey Points Projects receiving the most priority points will be given the highest ranking on the Priority List.
