System Availability Service Level definition

System Availability Service Level or “SA SLA” means the applicable System Availability Percentage specified below during each Month for the Computing Environment (and Server for Server Provisioning, if applicable) after System handover to the Customer:

System Availability Service Level or “SA SLA” means the applicable System Availability Percentage specified below during each Month for the Computing Environment (and Server for Server Provisioning, if applicable) after System handover to the ALIMCO:

  • Subject to Section 2 above, if and to the extent SAP fails to meet the System Availability Service Level set forth in Section 2, Customer is entitled to a Service Credit which is calculated as the sum of the Service Credits for NON-PRD, PRD and Server Provisioning, for SAP’s failure to meet the respective System Availability Service Level.

  • Additionally, during the Extended Maintenance Term, the System Availability Service Level shall not apply to the Cloud Service.

  • Customer shall be responsible for the physical security of the Add-On. The System Availability Service Level Agreement does not apply to the Add-On. Customer is responsible for the installation and operation of the Add-On, including any updates made available by SAP.

  • Performance characteristics and System Availability may be reduced while operating under DR Services failover (the System Availability Service Level will not be lower than 95%).

Related to System Availability Service Level

  • System Availability means, with respect to any particular calendar month, the ratio obtained by subtracting Unscheduled Downtime during such month from the Total Monthly Time, and thereafter dividing the difference so obtained by the Total Monthly Time. Represented algebraically, System Availability for any particular calendar month is determined as follows:

  • Service Availability The total number of minutes in a calendar quarter that the Tyler Software is capable of receiving, processing, and responding to requests, excluding maintenance windows, Client Error Incidents and Force Majeure.

  • Network Availability means the capability of the equipment to resume functions after a remotely initiated trigger has been detected by a network port;

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Transmission Reliability Margin or “TRM” shall mean the amount of transmission transfer capability necessary to provide reasonable assurance that the interconnected transmission network will be secure. TRM accounts for the inherent uncertainty in system conditions and the need for operating flexibility to ensure reliable system operation as system conditions change.

  • Service Level Credit is defined in Section 8.

  • Required Availability means Excess Availability and unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents in an amount of not less than $5,000,000.

  • Service Level Failure means a failure to perform the Software Support Services fully in compliance with the Support Service Level Requirements.

  • Non-Availability Charges has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Average Availability means, with respect to any period, the sum of the aggregate amount of Availability for each Business Day in such period (calculated as of the end of each respective Business Day) divided by the number of Business Days in such period.

  • Base Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month which is 12 calendar months prior to the month for which the Substitute Index Level is being determined;

  • Availability Block means $15,000,000.

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • State Level Monitoring Cell means the body constituted by the State Government for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the State, established under a State Law or on the advice of the Central Government, as the case may be.

  • Availability Standards has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Maximum Availability has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.

  • Reliability Standard means a requirement to provide for reliable operation of the bulk power system, including without limiting the foregoing requirements for the operation of existing bulk power system facilities, including cybersecurity protection, and the design of planned additions or modifications to such facilities to the extent necessary for reliable operation of the bulk power system, but shall not include any requirement to enlarge bulk power system facilities or to construct new transmission capacity or generation capacity.

  • Final Availability Date means the earlier of the Revolving Termination Date and one (1) Business Day prior to the date specified in clause (a) of the definition of Revolving Termination Date.

  • Average Daily Availability means, as of any date of determination, the average daily Availability for the immediately preceding Fiscal Quarter.

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Interconnected Reliability Operating Limit or “IROL” shall mean the value (such as MW, MVAR, Amperes, Frequency, or Volts) derived from, or a subset of, the System Operating Limits, which if exceeded, could expose a widespread area of the bulk electrical system to instability, uncontrolled separation(s) or cascading outages.
