System Audit means an assessment of the customer system(s) by an PENTRE TECH LTD consultant in order to gain the necessary understanding of the System for PENTRE TECH LTD to be able to supply the required level of support. “The Initial period” means the period of 12 months from the commencement of the Support Contract.
