If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course of the Contract, Contractor shall promptly notify System Agency.

System Agency used in these affirmations means HHS or any of the agencies of the State of Texas that are overseen by HHSC under authority granted under Texas law and the officers, employees, authorized representatives, and designees of those agencies. These agencies include: HHSC and the Department of State Health Services. By entering into this Contract, Contractor affirms, without exception, understands, and agrees to comply with the following items through the life of the Contract:

System Agency means the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, its officers, employees or authorized agents.

System Agency means HHSC or DSHS, as applicable.
