System Acceptance definition

System Acceptance means the Acceptance Tests have been successfully completed.
System Acceptance means acceptance by the City of the System as provided in Exhibit D and/or Exhibit E of this Contract. System Acceptance may occur on different dates for different portions of the System.
System Acceptance means the date on which installation and training has been completed at Customer site. Customer will sign an acceptance letter at this time.

System Acceptance means acceptance by the City of the complete System as provided in

Should this type of defect occur, the thirty 30-day clock will restart upon the defect being resolved by the Contractor, the fix being successfully migrated to production, and accepted by CDPH.
