Syndication Period definition

Syndication Period shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of "Interest Period" above.
Syndication Period is defined in SECTION 2.2 hereof.
Syndication Period means the period beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (i) the date which is 60 days following the Closing Date or (ii) the date the Agent delivers written notice to the Company and the Master Servicer that it has completed syndication of the VFC Certificates.
