Syndicated Facility definition

Syndicated Facility means the credit facility in the maximum principal amount of Cdn. $280,000,000 or the Equivalent Amount thereof in United States Dollars to be made available to the Borrower by the Lenders in accordance with the provisions hereof, subject to any reduction in accordance with the provisions hereof.
Syndicated Facility means the credit facility made available by the Syndicated Lenders to Borrower as described in Section 2.02(a).
Syndicated Facility means that certain means that certain Master Murabaha Agreement dated as of March 28, 2007 by and between Arcapita Bank, AIHL as guarantor, and WestLB, AG, London Branch as Investment Agent (as amended, restated, supplemented, and/or otherwise modified) together with all mortgages, documents, notes, instruments and any other agreements delivered pursuant thereto or in connection therewith.

Syndicated Facility means the separate committed, unsecured syndicated line of credit made available by the Bank and certain other lenders to the Funds, with State Street Bank and Trust Company acting in its capacity as agent for such lenders, pursuant to a credit agreement dated on or about the date hereof, as the same may be amended, restated, extended, renewed, replaced or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.
