Syndicated Advance definition

Syndicated Advance means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Syndicated Loans of the same Type made to the Borrower by each of the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.1, and, in the case of Eurodollar Advances, for the same Interest Period.
Syndicated Advance means any Syndicated Loan or any Letter of Credit Advance.
Syndicated Advance means a Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.02 consisting of the aggregate amount of Syndicated Loans made by the Syndicated Lenders to Borrower at the same time, on the same interest rate basis and, if made as a Eurodollar Advance, for the same Interest Period.

Examples of Syndicated Advance in a sentence

  • Each Syndicated Advance hereunder shall consist of Syndicated Loans made from the several Lenders ratably in proportion to their respective Pro Rata Shares of the Aggregate Commitment.

  • Changes in the rate of interest on each Syndicated Advance maintained as a Floating Rate Advance will take effect simultaneously with each change in the Alternate Base Rate.

  • To the extent reasonably possible, each Lender shall designate an alternate Lending Installation with respect to its Eurodollar Loans to reduce any liability of the Borrower to such Lender under Sections 3.1 and 3.2 or to avoid the unavailability of a Type of Syndicated Advance under Section 3.3, so long as such designation is not disadvantageous to such Lender in its reasonable determination.


More Definitions of Syndicated Advance

Syndicated Advance means an Advance that is not a Swing Line Loan.
Syndicated Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.01.
Syndicated Advance means an advance by a Bank to the Borrower (i) pursuant to Section 2.02, as the same may be converted or continued from time to time pursuant to Section 2.03 or (ii) pursuant to Section 4.06. At any time, depending upon the interest rate selected therefor or otherwise applicable thereto in accordance with Section 2.03 and 5.01, a Syndicated Advance shall be a Base Rate Advance, a Eurocurrency Rate Advance or a EURIBOR Rate Advance.
Syndicated Advance means a borrowing hereunder (or conversion or ------------------ continuation thereof) consisting of the aggregate amount of the several Syndicated Loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower, on the same Borrowing Date (or date of conversion or continuation), of the same Type and, in the case of a Eurodollar Advance, for the same Interest Period.
