Symphony Classroom Solution definition

Symphony Classroom Solution means the Symphony Classroom AI Hub, Desktop Application, Browser Extension, Remote, Xxxxxx Instructor Portal, IT Administration Portal, other Symphony Classroom Offerings and associated software and hardware and Updates made available by Xxxxxx Mind from time to time, which may include software and technology of Xxxxxx Mind’s third-party licensors.
Symphony Classroom Solution means the Symphony Classroom AI Hub, Desktop Application, Browser Extension, Remote, Merlyn Instructor Portal, IT Administration Portal, other Symphony Classroom Offerings and associated software and hardware and Updates made available by Merlyn Mind from time to time, which may include software and technology of Merlyn Mind’s third-party licensors.

Examples of Symphony Classroom Solution in a sentence

  • Authorized Use of the Symphony Classroom Solution must be in accordance with the Documentation.

  • This Agreement includes only narrow, limited grants of rights to Xxxxxx Mind Materials and to use and access of the Symphony Classroom Solution.

  • The Symphony Classroom Solution and the Xxxxxx Mind Materials are owned or controlled by Xxxxxx Mind and its licensors and certain other third parties.

  • Xxxxxx Mind reserves the right to limit the availability of the Symphony Classroom Solution and/or the provision of any content, program, product, service, or other feature described or available on the Symphony Classroom Solution to any person, entity, geographic area, or jurisdiction, at any time and in Xxxxxx Mind’s sole discretion, and to limit the quantities of any content, program, product, service, or other feature that Xxxxxx Mind provides.

  • All rights, title, and interest in and to the Xxxxxx Mind Materials available via the Symphony Classroom Solution is the property of Xxxxxx Mind or its licensors or certain other third parties, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secret, patent and/or other intellectual property and unfair competition rights and laws to the fullest extent possible.

  • During the Term of this Agreement, the Symphony Classroom Solution (including all Symphony Classroom Offerings), once Registration and Onboarding is complete, is authorized solely for Authorized Use and for no other purpose.

  • Institution agrees that it permits the Symphony Classroom Solution to process, transmit and display Content.

  • Xxxxxx Mind controls and operates the Symphony Classroom Solution from its U.S.-based offices in the U.S.A. If Institution uses the Symphony Classroom Solution from outside of the U.S., Institution is doing so on its own initiative and is responsible for compliance with applicable local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content, if and to the extent local laws apply.

  • Use of the Symphony Classroom Solution is available through Internet access and may require Third Party Solutions to enable such access.

Related to Symphony Classroom Solution

  • Classroom teacher means a teacher subject to annual performance evaluation review under the provisions of Education Law Section 3012-c.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Classroom means a classroom created by a Moderator consisting of a group of class seats through which Students use the Service under moderation by a Moderator.

  • Cloud BPO Support means the then-current technical support services SAP provides to Provider for the SAP Cloud Services as described in the Cloud BPO Schedule.

Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.
