SXXXX Business Day definition

SXXXX Business Day means, for any Loan denominated in Sterling, any day except for (i) a Saturday, (ii) a Sunday or (iii) a day on which banks are closed for general business in London.
SXXXX Business Day a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or other day on which commercial banks in London, England are authorized or required by law to close.
