Sworn Construction Cost Statement definition

Sworn Construction Cost Statement. An itemized, certified statement of actual and estimated Construction Costs of a Project, in Lender's form, signed and sworn to by Borrower and the General Contractor (if any), as the same may be amended or supplemented with the approval of Lender from time to time.
Sworn Construction Cost Statement has the meaning provided in Section 3.1(o) of this Agreement.
Sworn Construction Cost Statement means a sworn statement of Borrower listing by line each item of Work or Materials to be performed or furnished, itemized by category; the Contractor or Supplier performing or furnishing such Work or furnishing Materials; and the estimate of the cost of the Work to be done.

Sworn Construction Cost Statement. An itemized, certified statement of actual and estimated costs of the Project, in the form of Exhibit G attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, signed and sworn to by X.Xxx, as the same may be amended or supplemented with the approval of Administrative Bank from time to time, and consistent with the items enumerated in the Budget.
Sworn Construction Cost Statement means a statement, in form and substance acceptable to Lender, certified by Borrower which provides a detailed breakdown of the hard and soft costs incurred to date in connection with completion of the Project, which statement shall (i) clearly indicate each line item on the Budget to which such costs can be attributed and (ii) include copies of all invoices supporting the costs listed on such statement.

Sworn Construction Cost Statement means one or more itemized, certified statements of actual and estimated costs (the “Project Costs”) for the build out and equipping of the Improvements (the “Project”), signed and sworn to by: (a) Borrower, Xxxxx-Xxxxxxxx Construction Company as the General Contractor (the “General Contractor”) and Xxxxxxxxxxx Building Corp., as the Construction Manager (the “Construction Manager”), in the case of any Project Costs relating to work to be done under the construction contract (the “General Construction Contract”) between Borrower and the General Contractor; and (b) Borrower, in the case of any Project Costs relating to work separately contracted for by Borrower; and, in either case, as amended to allow for changes under Paragraph l7(n) hereof.

  • Direct Construction Cost means the sum of the amounts that the Construction Manager actually and necessarily incurs for General Conditions Costs, Cost of the Work and Construction Manager’s Contingency during the Construction Phase as allowed by this Agreement. Direct Construction Cost does not include Pre-Construction Phase Fees or Construction Phase Fees.

  • Estimated Construction Cost or “ECC” means the amount calculated by Contractor for the total cost of all elements of the Work based on this Agreement available at the time(s) that the ECC is prepared. The ECC shall be based on current market rates with reasonable allowance for overhead, profit and price escalation and shall include and consider, without limitation, all alternates and contingencies, designed and specified by A/E and the cost of labor and materials necessary for installation of Owner furnished equipment. The ECC shall include all the cost elements included in the AACC, as defined above, and shall represent Contractor’s best current estimate of the Guaranteed Maximum Price it will propose for the Project based on the information then available. The ECC shall not include Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase Fee, A/E’s Fees, the cost of the land and rights-of-way, or any other costs that are the direct responsibility of Owner.

  • Erection, construction, remodeling, repairing means all types of work done on a particular building or work at the site thereof in the construction or development of the project, including without limitation, erecting, construction, remodeling, repairing, altering, painting, and decorating, the transporting of materials and supplies to or from the building or work done by the employees of the Contractor, Subcontractor, or Agent thereof, and the manufacturing or furnishing of

  • Construction Costs means land costs, all costs paid to construct and complete the Improvements, as specified on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.
