Switching Fee definition

Switching Fee means the fee payable to the Managers on the switching of a Unit of any Class of the Trust in accordance with the provisions of Clause 12(M) of the Deed.
Switching Fee means the fee payable to the Managers on the switching of Units of any Sub-Fund into Units of any other Sub-Fund or units of a new Trust (as defined in paragraph 37(b)(i) of this Prospectus) in accordance with the provisions of Clause 12(K)(v) and 12(L)(v) of the Deed respectively.
Switching Fee means, in respect of an Unlisted Class, the switching fee (if any) payable on the switching of any Unit.

Examples of Switching Fee in a sentence

  • If the subscription fee for the New Fund is more than the Switching Fee, you are effectively receiving a discount on the New Fund’s subscription fee.

  • If you switch your Units to units of another fund managed by us (“ New Fund”), we will charge you the Switching Fee instead of the subscription fee for the New Fund.

  • The ACD may at its discretion charge a switching fee, which is described below under "Switching Fee".

  • Switching Fee will not be charged if the Class or Principal Malaysia’s fund (or its class) to be switched into has a lower Application Fee.

  • The Switching Fee shall be deducted from the amount reinvested into the Sub-Fund relating to Units of the New Class and shall be retained by or paid to the Manager for its own absolute use and benefit.

  • We may at any time differentiate between investors as to the amount of the Subscription Fee, Realisation Fee, Switching Fee and other charges (if any) payable to us upon the issue, realisation or switch of Units, or apply such discounts or waivers as we think fit (provided that such discounts or waivers will be borne by us and not by the Sub-Funds).

  • For requests received and accepted after the Dealing Deadline or on a day that is not a Common Dealing Day, Units will be switched on the next Common Dealing Day.How switches are carried out:A switch of Units will be effected as follows: (a) your Units will be realised at the realisation price calculated under paragraph 12; (b) the net realisation proceeds shall then be used (after deducting any Switching Fee payable) to subscribe for new units at the prevailing issue price of such new units.


More Definitions of Switching Fee

Switching Fee means a fee in relation to a Switch.'
Switching Fee means a fixed amount which the Manager shall be entitled to charge, in the relevant Supplemental Deed, by virtue of the switching of Units from one Fund to another Fund or from one Class to another Class within the same Fund. Switching Fee means the fee payable by the Investors upon switching among the open ended funds managed by ManulifeAM Vietnam. The Switching Fee shall be expressed as a percentage of the switching value as prescribed in Short form Prospectus and the Fund Charter.
