Swingline Facility definition

Swingline Facility means the swingline facility established pursuant to Section 2.2.

Swingline Facility means the swingline facility established pursuant to Section 2.3.

Swingline Facility means the Facility evidenced by the Swingline Commitment.

Examples of Swingline Facility in a sentence

• Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, the Swingline Lender and the Borrower may agree that the Swingline Facility may be used to automatically draw and repay Swingline Loans (subject to the limitations set forth herein) pursuant to cash management arrangements between the Borrower and the Swingline Lender (the “Sweep Arrangement”).

• The Swingline Facility and Swingline Commitment shall terminate on the Swingline Maturity Date.

• Swingline Facility: In connection with the Revolving Facility, the First Lien Administrative Agent (in such capacity, the “Swingline Lender”) will make available to the Borrower a swingline facility (the “Swingline Facility”) under which the Borrower may make short-term borrowings (on same-day notice (in minimum amounts to be mutually agreed upon and integral multiples to be agreed upon)) of up to an amount to be agreed.

More Definitions of Swingline Facility

Swingline Facility shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.1(c).

Swingline Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Swingline Lenders’ Swingline Commitments at such time.

Swingline Facility means the swingline facility forming part of the Revolving Facility and granted to the Borrower pursuant to Clause 2.1(b) (The Facilities).

Swingline Facility means the portion of the revolving credit facility made available by the Swingline Lender as provided in Section 2.01(d).

Swingline Facility means the swingline facility established pursuant to Section 2.3. The Swingline Facility is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Credit Facility.

Swingline Facility means the agreement of Swingline Lender to make Swingline Advances to Borrowers subject to the terms and conditions and up to the maximum amounts and for the duration as set forth in Section 2.08 of this Credit Agreement.

Swingline Facility means the U.S. dollar swingline loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in Clause 8 (Utilisation - Swingline Loans).
