Swingline Dollar Loans definition

Swingline Dollar Loans means the swingline loans denominated in Dollars and made to the U.S. Borrower pursuant to Section 2.04.
Swingline Dollar Loans as defined in Section 2.2(a).

Examples of Swingline Dollar Loans in a sentence

  • Each borrowing under a Swingline Commitment shall be in an amount not less than the Dollar Equivalent of $500,000 or (in the case of Swingline Dollar Loans) a whole multiple of $100,000 in excess thereof or (in the case of Swingline Alternative Currency Loans) a whole multiple of $100,000 in excess thereof.

  • Swingline Dollar Loans shall be denominated in Dollars and ABR Loans only.

  • Swingline Dollar Loans shall be ABR Borrowings; provided that the Administrative Agent may request that a Swingline Loan be maintained as a Eurocurrency Borrowing.

  • The Swingline Lender shall not be required to make Swingline Dollar Loans.

  • Canadian Swingline Loan means any Loan made by the Canadian Swingline Lender pursuant to Section 2.12.

  • Swingline Rate means the Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin applicable to Base Rate Loans.

  • Canadian Revolving Loans means Revolving Loans made to the Canadian Borrower under Section 2.2, including Bankers’ Acceptance Advances.

  • Revolving Credit Advance means an advance by a Bank to a Borrower as part of a Revolving Credit Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Rate Advance, each of which shall be a “Type” of Advance.

  • Revolving Loan Borrowing means a borrowing of a Revolving Loan.

  • Revolving Credit Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).

  • Swingline Loan Note a promissory note in the form of Exhibit H-2, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Revolving Dollar Credit Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Syndicated Loans, and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure, at such time made or incurred under the Dollar Commitments.

  • Revolving Loan Commitments means such commitments of all Lenders in the aggregate.
