Swingline Commitments definition

Swingline Commitments means the Domestic Swingline Commitment and the N.Z. Swingline Commitment.
Swingline Commitments the obligation of the Swingline Lenders to make Swingline Loans pursuant to Section 2.5 in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed US$30,000,000.
Swingline Commitments means, collectively, the U.S. Swingline Commitment and the Canadian Swingline Commitment.

  • Unless previously terminated, all Revolving Commitments, Swingline Commitments and LC Commitments shall terminate on the Revolving Commitment Termination Date.

  • Each Swingline Loan shall be in an amount that is an integral multiple of $1,000,000 and not less than $5,000,000; provided, that a Swingline Loan may be in an aggregate amount that is equal to the entire available balance of the total Swingline Commitments or that is required to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as contemplated by Section 2.06(c).

More Definitions of Swingline Commitments

Swingline Commitments means the WFT Swingline Commitment and the Norbord Swingline Commitment.
Swingline Commitments means the U.S. Swingline Commitment and the European Swingline Commitment.
Swingline Commitments shall have the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.22(a)(ii).
Swingline Commitments means the French Franc Swingline Commitments and the Sterling Swingline Commitments.
Swingline Commitments means as to any Swingline Lender, (i) the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name in Schedule 2.01B attached hereto or (ii) if such Lender has entered into an Assignment and Assumption or has otherwise assumed a Swingline Commitment after the Second Amendment and Restatement Effective Date, the amount set forth for such Lender as its Swingline Commitment in the Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 10.06(c).
Swingline Commitments means a Swingline Facility A Commitment, a Swingline Facility B Commitment, a Swingline Facility C Commitment, a Swingline Facility D Commitment, a Swingline Facility E Commitment, a Swingline Facility F Commitment, a Swingline Facility G Commitment, a Swingline Facility H Commitment, a Swingline Facility I Commitment or a Swingline Facility J Commitment.
Swingline Commitments means, collectively, the Canadian Swingline Commitment and the U.S. Swingline Commitment, and "SWINGLINE COMMITMENT" means any one of them. "SWINGLINE LOAN REQUEST" has the meaning set forth in SECTION 2.02(b).
