Swingline Agent definition

Swingline Agent means the Euro Swingline Agent or the Dollar Swingline Agent, as appropriate.

Swingline Agent has the meaning specified in the preamble.

Swingline Agent means either of them.

Examples of Swingline Agent in a sentence

In the case of any investigation, litigation or proceeding giving rise to any indemnification hereunder, this Section 7.5 applies whether any such investigation, litigation or proceeding is brought by the Swingline Agent, any Lender or a third party.
PMI shall pay to the Facility Agent and Swingline Agent for its own account such fees as may from time to time be agreed between PMI and such Agent.
If such Swingline Lender shall repay to the Swingline Agent such corresponding amount, such amount so repaid shall constitute such Swingline Lender’s Swingline Advance as part of such Swingline Borrowing for purposes of this Agreement.
Each determination by the Facility Agent or the Swingline Agent of an interest rate hereunder shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes, absent manifest error.

Swingline Agent s Fee Letter” means the fee letter dated on or about the date of this Agreement between the Swingline Agent and the Borrowers.

Swingline Agent has the meaning assigned to that term in the Swingline Credit Agreement.

Swingline Agent means the U.S. Dollar Swingline Agent, the €/£ Swingline Agent, the Swiss Francs Swingline Agent, the Danish Krone/Norwegian Krone/Swedish Krona Swingline Agent or (in respect of the Swingline Facility C Nordic Loans only) the Facility C Swingline Agent.

Swingline Agent means, in its capacity as agent for the Swingline Banks, HSBC Bank USA acting through its office at One HSBC Center, Buffalo, N.Y. 14203, or any other office which it may notify to the Company and the Banks. If there is a change of Swingline Agent in accordance with Clause 33, “Swingline Agent” will instead mean the new Swingline Agent appointed under that Clause;

Swingline Agent means the Swingline Agent referred to in Clause 9.6 (Swingline Agent).

Swingline Agent means the Agent or an affiliate of the Agent as designated by the Agent.

Swingline Agent means Bank of America, N.A., in its capacity as administrative agent for the Swingline Lenders hereunder.
