Swingline Advance means an advance made by the Swingline Lender, if any, to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.

Examples of Swingline Advance in a sentence
So long as any Lender is a Defaulting Lender, (i) the Swingline Lender shall not be required to fund any Swingline Advances unless it is satisfied that it shall have no Fronting Exposure after giving effect to such Swingline Advance, and (ii) no LC Issuing Bank shall be required to issue, extend, renew or increase any Letter of Credit unless it is satisfied that it will have no Fronting Exposure after giving effect thereto.

Swingline Advance. Any swingline loan made by the Swingline Lender to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.2 and all such swingline loans collectively as the context requires. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise specified, a Swingline Advance shall constitute an Advance hereunder.
