Swing Line Sublimit Amount definition

Swing Line Sublimit Amount means $1,000,000; provided that, on and after the Revolving Maturity Date, the Swing Line Sublimit Amount shall be zero.
Swing Line Sublimit Amount means $5,000,000; provided that, on and after the Maturity Date, the Swing Line Sublimit Amount shall be zero.
Swing Line Sublimit Amount means $25,000,000; provided that, (a) such Swing Line Sublimit Amount may be adjusted as provided in Section 2.3(g) and (b) on and after the Revolving Maturity Date, the Swing Line Sublimit Amount for all purposes shall be zero.

  • If the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Swing Line Advances ever exceeds the Swing Line Sublimit Amount, the Borrower shall prepay to the Swing Line Lender outstanding principal of the Swing Line Advances such that such excess is eliminated.

  • If the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Swing Line Advances ever exceeds the Swing Line Sublimit Amount, the Borrower shall, upon receipt of written notice of such condition from the Swing Line Lender and to the extent of such excess, prepay to the Swing Line Lender outstanding principal of the Swing Line Advances such that such excess is eliminated.

  • If the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Swing Line Advances ever exceeds the Swing Line Sublimit Amount, the US Borrower shall, upon receipt of written notice of such condition from the Swing Line Lender and to the extent of such excess, prepay to the Swing Line Lender outstanding principal of the Swing Line Advances such that such excess is eliminated.

  • If such election is made, then in the event that the Administrative Agent, the Borrower, and the Swing Line Lender agree that all existing Defaulting Lenders have adequately remedied all matters that caused such Lenders to be Defaulting Lenders, the Swing Line Sublimit Amount shall automatically, without further notice or action to be taken by any party hereto, be increased back up to the Swing Line Sublimit Amount that was in effect prior to the Borrower’s election made pursuant to this clause (g).

  • If any Lender becomes a Defaulting Lender hereunder, at the Borrower’s option and with at least one Business Day’s prior written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Swing Line Lender, the Borrower may decrease the Swing Line Sublimit Amount to such lesser amount notified to the Administrative Agent and the Swing Line Lender.

  • If the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Swing Line Advances ever exceeds the Swing Line Sublimit Amount, the Borrower shall, upon receipt of written notice of such condition from the Swing Line Lender prepay the outstanding principal of the Swing Line Advances in the amount of such excess.

  • The Revolving Borrowings requested pursuant to this Section 2.03(g)(iii)(A) may exceed the Borrowing Base by an amount not to exceed the Swing Line Sublimit Amount.

More Definitions of Swing Line Sublimit Amount

Swing Line Sublimit Amount means $5,000,000; provided that, on and after the Commitment Termination Date, the Swing Line Sublimit Amount shall be zero.
Swing Line Sublimit Amount means $5,000,000; provided that, on and after the Maturity Date, the Swing Line Sublimit Amount shall be zero. “Tax Act” means the Income Tax Act (Canada).

Related to Swing Line Sublimit Amount

  • Swing Line Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $25,000,000 and (b) the Aggregate Commitments. The Swing Line Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • Swingline Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $15,000,000 and (b) the Revolving Facility. The Swingline Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Facility.

  • L/C Sublimit has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex B.

  • Letter of Credit Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $100,000,000 and (b) the Aggregate Commitments. The Letter of Credit Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • Swing Line Rate means, (a) in respect of Swing Line Loans made in US Dollars or any Alternate Currency other than Canadian Dollars, for any Interest Period, the sum of (i) the rate per annum determined by the applicable Swing Line Agent as the rate of interest (rounded upward to the next 1/100th of 1%) at which deposits in the relevant currency for delivery on the first day of such Swing Line Loan in Same Day Funds in the approximate amount of the Swing Line Loan being made by such Swing Line Agent (or its affiliate) and with a term equivalent to such Interest Period would be offered by BNP Paribas London to major banks in the London or other offshore interbank market for such currency at their request at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the first day of such Swing Line Loan and (ii) the Applicable Rate, (b) in the case of Swing Line Loans made in Canadian Dollars, the sum of (i) the Canadian Prime Rate and (ii) the Applicable Rate and (c) in the case of Swing Line Loans made in Australian Dollars, for any Interest Period, the sum of (i) the rate per annum determined by the applicable Swing Line Agent as the rate of interest (rounded upward to the next 1/100th of 1%) at which deposits in Australian Dollars for delivery on the first day of such Swing Line Loan in Same Day Funds in the approximate amount of the Swing Line Loan being made by such Swing Line Agent (or its affiliate) and with a term equivalent to such Interest Period would be offered by BNP Paribas, Sydney Branch to major banks in Sydney at their request at approximately 11:00 a.m. (Sydney time) on the first day of such Swing Line Loan and (ii) the Applicable Rate.

  • Swing Line Loan Commitment means the commitment of Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Loans to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(iii).

  • Swing Line Participation Amount as defined in Section 2.7(c).

  • Aggregate Credit Exposures means, at any time, the sum of (a) the unused portion of each Revolving Credit Commitment then in effect, (b) the unused portion of each Term Commitment then in effect and (c) the Total Outstandings at such time.
