Swing Line Loan Note definition

Swing Line Loan Note means the promissory note of the Borrowers substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2, payable to the order of the Swing Line Lender, evidencing the Swing Line Loans made by the Swing Line Lender.
Swing Line Loan Note means the promissory note of the U.S. Borrower in favor of NationsBank evidencing the Swing Line Loans and substantially in the form of Exhibit 2.3, as such promissory note may be amended, modified, supplemented, or replaced from time to time.
Swing Line Loan Note means the promissory note of the Borrower in favor of Chase evidencing the Swing Line Loans and substantially in the form of Exhibit 2.4A hereto as such promissory note may be amended, modified, supplemented, or replaced from time to time.

Swing Line Loan Note means a the Swing Line Loan Note in substantially the form of Exhibit F hereto executed by Brightpoint as of the Original Closing Date and payable to the order of the Swing Line Lender in the amount, if any, of its Swing Line Loan Commitment.
Swing Line Loan Note means a Note in substantially the form of Exhibit B-3 hereto duly executed by the Borrower and payable to the order of the Swing Line Lender in the amount of its Swing Line Commitment.
