Swing Line Lenders definition

Swing Line Lenders means each of the Lenders that has a Swing Line Commitment on Schedule 2.1 hereto, or any successor swing line lender hereunder.
Swing Line Lenders means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Bank of America, N.A., Citibank, N.A., State Street Bank and Trust Company and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., each in its capacity as a lender of Swing Line Loans hereunder.
Swing Line Lenders means the Domestic Swing Line Lender and the Canadian Swing Line Lender.

  • Each such notice must be appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower and received by the Swing Line Lenders and the Administrative Agent not later than 1:00 p.m., New York City time, on the requested borrowing date and shall specify (i) the amount to be borrowed, which shall be a minimum of $500,000 (and any amount in excess of $500,000 shall be an integral multiple of $100,000) and (ii) the requested borrowing date, which shall be a Business Day.

  • Until each Participating Revolving Credit Lender funds its ABR Loan or risk participation pursuant to this Section 2.27 to refinance such Lender’s Pro Rata Share of any Swing Line Loan, interest in respect of such Pro Rata Share shall be solely for the ratable account of the Swing Line Lenders.

  • The Borrower shall make all payments of principal and interest in respect of the Swing Line Loans directly to the Swing Line Lenders.

  • From and after the effective date of any such replacement or resignation, (x) any successor Swing Line Lender shall have all the rights and obligations of a Swing Line Lender under this Agreement with respect to Swing Line Loans made thereafter and (y) references herein to the term “Swing Line Lender” shall be deemed to refer to such successor or to any previous Swing Line Lender, or to such successor and all previous Swing Line Lenders, as the context shall require.

  • The agreements in this Section and the indemnity provisions of Section 11.02(e) shall survive the resignation of the Administrative Agent, any L/C Issuer and the Swing Line Lenders, the replacement of any Lender, the termination of the Commitments and the repayment, satisfaction or discharge of all the other Obligations.

Swing Line Lenders means, collectively, Bank of America and U.S. Bank National Association, in their respective capacities as providers of Swing Line Loans, and any additional Lender approved by Administrative Agent and Borrower that has agreed to act as a “Swing Line Lender”, and any successor swing line lender hereunder; and Swing Line Lender means any one of the Swing Line Lenders.
Swing Line Lenders means, collectively, Citibank or any of its affiliates, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Bank of America, N.A. or any of its affiliates, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association and each Person that shall become a Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 7.07 or Section 8.07.
Swing Line Lenders means, collectively, U.S. Swing Line Lenders, Euro Swing Line Lenders and Supplemental Swing Line Lenders; and “Swing Line Lender” means any Swing Line Lender.
