Swing Line Facility definition

Swing Line Facility means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04.

Swing Line Facility means the swing line loan facility made available by the Swing Line Lenders pursuant to Section 2.04.

Swing Line Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(c).

Examples of Swing Line Facility in a sentence

• Except with respect to advances made pursuant to Section 1.4(c)(iii) below, requests for advances with respect to the Revolving Facility shall be in the form of Exhibit 1 attached hereto, and requests for advances with respect to the Swing Line Facility shall be in the form of Exhibit 1(a) attached hereto.

• Unless sooner accelerated pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Borrowers shall repay on the Maturity Date the aggregate principal amount of the Swing Line Facility outstanding on such date.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) the Lenders shall have no obligation to make any advance with respect to the Revolving Facility after the Maturity Date or any advance with respect to the Term Facility after the Restatement Date, other than pursuant to Section 1.9 of this Agreement (if applicable); and (b) the Swing Line Lender shall have no obligation to make any advance with respect to the Swing Line Facility after the Swing Line Termination Date.

Swing Line Facility means the credit facility established under Section 2.04 pursuant to the Swing Line Commitment of the Swing Line Lender.

Swing Line Facility means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lenders pursuant to Section 2.04.
