Swap Counterparties means Bank of America, N.A. and any other institution becoming a successor or replacement under this Agreement.

Swap Counterparties means the parties to the Specified Swap Agreements, Bank of America, N.A., First Street Holdings 14, L.P., Bank of Montreal and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
