Swap Agreements definition

Swap Agreements means any agreement with respect to any swap, forward, future or other derivative transaction or option or similar agreement entered into by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in order to provide protection to the Borrower and/or its Subsidiaries against fluctuations in future interest rates, currency exchange rates or commodity prices.
Swap Agreements means, collectively, each Asset Swap Agreement, Liability Swap Agreement and any other swap agreement that may be entered into in connection with the Programme;
Swap Agreements means the Covered Bond Swap Agreement together with the Interest Swap Agreement, and each a “Swap Agreement”;

  • The Borrower will not itself, and will not permit any Subsidiary to, enter into any Swap Agreement, except (a) Swap Agreements entered into to hedge or mitigate risks to which the Borrower or any Subsidiary has actual or anticipated exposure (other than those in respect of Capital Stock) and (b) Swap Agreements entered into in order to effectively cap, collar or exchange interest rates with respect to any interest-bearing liability or investment of the Borrower or any Subsidiary.

  • The Master Issuer Cash Manager shall ensure that a separate record is kept of any amount received from each of the Master Issuer Swap Providers pursuant to each of the Master Issuer Swap Agreements.

Swap Agreements means any agreement with respect to any swap, forward, future or derivative transaction or option or similar agreement involving, or settled by reference to, one or more rates, currencies, commodities, equity or debt instruments or securities, or economic, financial or pricing indices or measures of economic, financial or pricing risk or value or any similar transaction or any combination of these transactions; provided that no phantom stock or similar plan providing for payments only on account of services provided by current or former directors, officers, employees or consultants of the Borrowers or the Subsidiaries shall be a Swap Agreement.
Swap Agreements means, collectively and severally, each Asset Swap Agreement, Liability Swap Agreement, and any other swap agreement that may be entered into from time to time in connection with the Programme.
