Sustainability Coordinators definition

Sustainability Coordinators means each of BofA Securities, Inc. and any other Person appointed by KBR, with the consent of BofA Securities, Inc., each in its capacity as a sustainability coordinator.

Sustainability Coordinators means Bank of America Europe Designated Activity Company and Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A.

• Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Bookrunners, Arrangers, Sustainability Coordinators, Documentation Agents or other similar titles or roles listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or an L/C Issuer hereunder.

• Sustainability Coordinators in each store report directly to their Store Managers and work closely with the Head Office sustainability team.

More Definitions of Sustainability Coordinators

Sustainability Coordinators means, collectively, (a) Barclays, and (b) BofA Securities, each in its capacity as a co-sustainability coordinator.

Sustainability Coordinators means, collectively, any Lender or Lenders (or Affiliate thereof) selected by Verisk after the Fifth Amendment Effective Date as a sustainability coordinator in their capacity as such, as agreed to by such Lxxxxx (or Affiliate thereof).
