Suspensive Conditions definition

Suspensive Conditions means the suspensive conditions contained in clause 3.1;

Suspensive Conditions means the suspensive conditions contained in clause 4.1.1 and/or 4.1.2 of the Sale Agreement, if any, and “Suspensive Condition” means either one of them;

Suspensive Conditions means the suspensive conditions as contemplated in clause 5;

• The fulfilment or waiver of the Suspensive Conditions set out above shall be evidenced by way of a written communication by ATIS to the borrower advising that same are considered fulfilled or the requirement for the fulfilment thereof or part thereof is waived.

• No liability of any nature whatsoever shall attach to the Seller arising out of any delays in effecting transfer to the Purchaser, provided always that registration shall occur as soon as is reasonably practicable after the Suspensive Conditions shall have been fulfilled and the Purchaser shall have complied with all its obligations in terms of this Agreement.
