Suspension Rights definition

Suspension Rights. As defined in Section 6(c)(i) hereof.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Special Interest shall not accrue during any period in which the Company is exercising the Suspension Rights set forth in Section 6(c)(i) below.

  • Conversion Rights means exchange of, or the rights to exchange, the Principal Amount of the Loan, or any part thereof, for fully paid and nonassessable Common Stock on the terms and conditions provided in the Debentures.

  • Tandem Appreciation Right means an Appreciation Right granted pursuant to Section 5 of this Plan that is granted in tandem with an Option Right.

  • Stock Options means the collective reference to "Incentive Stock Options" and "Other Stock Options".

  • Shelf Suspension shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.4.

  • Option Term means a period, if any, through which this Agreement may be or has been extended by the JBE.

  • Purchase Right means an option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to the Plan.

  • Burdensome Restrictions means any consensual encumbrance or restriction of the type described in clause (a) or (b) of Section 6.08.

  • Redemption Rights means the redemption rights provided for in Section 9.2 of the SPAC Certificate of Incorporation.

  • Exercise Period means the period commencing on the Issuance Date and ending on 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time on the five-year anniversary thereof.

  • Discontinuance Notice means the written Notice sent by the Billing Party to the other Party that notifies the Non- Paying Party that in order to avoid disruption or disconnection of the Interconnection Services, furnished under this Agreement, the Non-Paying Party must remit all Unpaid Charges to the Billing Party within fifteen (15) calendar days following receipt of the Billing Party’s Notice of Unpaid Charges.

  • Demand Suspension shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.6.
