Suspension Periods definition

Suspension Periods shall have the meaning set forth in Section (2)(d)(iii).

Examples of Suspension Periods in a sentence

  • No single Suspension Period shall exceed 30 consecutive days, and during any 365 day period, the aggregate of all Suspension Periods shall not exceed an aggregate of 60 days.

  • No single Suspension Period shall exceed thirty (30) consecutive days and the aggregate of all Suspension Periods shall not exceed ninety (90) days during any twelve (12) month period.

  • No single Suspension Period shall exceed forty-five (45) consecutive days and the aggregate of all Suspension Periods shall not exceed one hundred twenty (120) days during any twelve (12) month period.

  • The Parties acknowledge that the REC Contract allows for a maximum total period of Delivery of fifteen (15) years (excluding any Suspension Periods during which the Parties’ obligations are suspended as provided herein).

  • Each Suspension Period shall be in effect for no more than ninety (90) days and, in the aggregate, Suspension Periods may not be in effect for more than one hundred and twenty (120) days in any twelve (12)-month period.

  • The Parties acknowledge that the Agreement allows for the Delivery of RECs from an Acceptable Vintage Period of a maximum total period of 241 months (excluding any Suspension Periods during which the Parties’ obligations are suspended as provided herein).

  • For the purposes of calculating the number of days of one or more Suspension Periods under this Section 2.03, such number shall include any number of days during the applicable period during which the Holders were obligated to discontinue their disposition of Registrable Securities pursuant to Section 2.06(b) of this Agreement.

  • In no event (i) may the Company deliver notice of a Suspension Period to the Stockholders more than two times in any calendar year (or more than once in a six month period) and (ii) shall a Suspension Period or Suspension Periods be in effect for an aggregate of 90 days or more in any calendar year or any single period of time in excess of 60 days.

  • Testing Period means a single period consisting of the four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower then last ended (whether or not such quarters are all within the same fiscal year), except that if a particular provision of this Agreement indicates that a Testing Period shall be of a different specified duration, such Testing Period shall consist of the particular fiscal quarter or quarters then last ended that are so indicated in such provision.

  • Deferral Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3(i) hereof.

  • Event Period shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.2 hereof.

  • Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option. This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.

  • Blackout Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(n).

  • Grace Period means the specified period of time immediately following the premium due date during which a payment can be made to renew or continue a policy in force without loss of continuity benefits such as waiting periods and coverage of preexisting diseases. Coverage is not available for the period for which no premium is received.

  • Base Period means (i) the test period ending December 31, 2010 (or, if the Commission has elected to stagger its biennial reviews of utilities as provided in subdivision 1, the test period ending December 31, 2010, for a Phase I Utility, or December 31, 2011, for a Phase II Utility), or (ii) the most recent test period with respect to which credits have been applied to customers' bills under the provisions of this subdivision, whichever is later.

  • First Extension Period means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following the Initial Maturity Date.

  • Start-up Period means up to a maximum of 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age-range of the Academy will have some pupils present).

  • Covenant Testing Period means a period (a) commencing on the last day of the fiscal quarter of Borrower most recently ended prior to a Covenant Trigger Event for which Borrower is required to deliver to Administrative Agent quarterly or annual financial statements pursuant to Section 5.2 of this Agreement, and (b) continuing through and including the first day after such Covenant Trigger Event that Availability has equaled or exceeded the greater of (i) 10% of the Borrowing Limit, and (ii) $15,000,000 for 60 consecutive calendar days.

  • Lockout Period if applicable, is defined in the Note.

  • Waiting Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Period shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 8;

  • Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;
