Surviving Obligations definition

Surviving Obligations means any obligations of Tenant under this Lease, actual or contingent, which arise on or prior to the expiration or prior termination of this Lease or which survive such expiration or termination by their own terms.
Surviving Obligations has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7.
Surviving Obligations means all of the obligations and liabilities of Purchaser or Seller which expressly survive the Closing or any termination of this Agreement.

  • This Contract replaces all previous Gas Distribution Contracts, subject to settlement of any Surviving Obligations.

More Definitions of Surviving Obligations

Surviving Obligations means obligations expressly stated in this Agreement to survive the termination hereof.
