Examples of Surviving Obligations in a sentence
This Contract replaces all previous Gas Distribution Contracts, subject to settlement of any Surviving Obligations.
If Purchaser notifies Sellers in writing on or before the expiration of the Inspection Period that Purchaser, for any reason whatsoever, does not desire to purchase the Property pursuant to this Agreement, then this Agreement will terminate, and the parties hereto will have no further obligations hereunder except for Surviving Obligations.
