Surveying definition

Surveying means an evaluation of the radiological conditions and potential hazards incident to the production, use, transfer, release, disposal, or presence of sources of radiation. When appropriate, such evaluation includes, but is not limited to, tests, physical examination, and measurements of levels of radiation or concentrations of radioactive material present.

  • Any Surveying Services performed or costs incurred after the date of termination shall not be eligible for reimbursement.

  • Surveyor shall notify County in writing as soon as possible if he/she/it determines, or reasonably anticipates, that the Surveying Services will not be completed on or before the date specified in the Work Authorization or any Supplemental Work Authorization and in full accordance with the terms of the applicable Work Authorization or any Supplemental Work Authorization .

  • Survey means a survey of the Property prepared by a surveyor licensed in the State and satisfactory to Lender and the company or companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy, and containing a certification of such surveyor satisfactory to Lender.

  • Architect/Engineer or “A/E” means the Person identified in the Agreement responsible for providing professional design services and construction contract administration for the Project. The A/E shall be (1) a registered architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, (2) a landscape architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Landscape Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, or (3) a professional engineer or professional surveyor holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Engineers and Surveyors Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4733.
