Survey Services definition

Survey Services means the professional services, labor, materials, supplies, testing and other acts or duties required of the CONSULTANT under this Agreement, together with Additional Services as CLIENT may request and evidenced by a supplemental agreement pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of Survey Services in a sentence

  • Facility shall rely solely upon its business judgment in drawing conclusions from and making recommendations and taking action based on the Survey Services (including, without limitation, the Reporting and Reports).
