Survey Map and Plans definition

Survey Map and Plans means the Survey Map and Plans recorded simultaneously with the original Declaration, and any further amendments, corrections, and additions thereto subsequently recorded. The Survey Map and Plans were filed with the Department of Records and Elections in King County, Washington, under Instrument No. 8406270801, in Volume 70 of Condominiums; pages 82 through 85.
Survey Map and Plans means the survey map and the plans recorded simultaneously with this Declaration and any amendments, corrections, and addenda thereto subsequently recorded.
Survey Map and Plans means the survey map and plans recorded in conjunction with creation of the Parking Garage Condominium, and any subsequent amendments, corrections and addenda thereto.

Examples of Survey Map and Plans in a sentence

  • The vertical boundaries consist of a vertical plane from the lower level to the higher level of the applicable parking level measured from the boundaries of the Unit as depicted in the Survey Map and Plans and consist of all of the space included within that area.

  • No Owner shall be entitled to reallocate any patio, deck, solarium, green house, or air conditioner or heat pump area to any Unit other than that to which such Limited Common Element is shown as appurtenant in the Survey Map and Plans.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, the Survey Map and Plans may be amended by means of an amendment to this Declaration which references by recording number the amendment to the Survey Map and Plans.

More Definitions of Survey Map and Plans

Survey Map and Plans means the survey map and plans filed simultaneously with the recording of this Declaration and any amendments, corrections, and addenda thereto subsequently filed.
Survey Map and Plans means the survey map or Plat and the plans recorded with respect to the property and any amendments, corrections and addenda thereto subsequently recorded. See definition of “Plat” or “Plats.”
Survey Map and Plans means the survey map and plans of the Condominium simultaneously recorded herewith, as amended from time to time, which are incorporated into this Declaration by this reference.
Survey Map and Plans means the survey map and the set of plans for the condominium filed or to be filed simultaneously with this Declaration, showing the location, boundaries and other information relating to the land, the buildings and the apartments, as required by the Act.
Survey Map and Plans means the survey map and the plans recorded simultaneously with this Declaration and any amendments, corrections, and addenda thereto subsequently recorded. Upon the addition of subsequent phases, the term shall automatically be expanded to include the foregoing and also the survey map and plans then recorded for each successive phase and any amendments, corrections and addenda thereto subsequently recorded.
Survey Map and Plans means the survey map and set of plans meeting the requirements of the Act and recorded simultaneously with this Declaration and any amendments, corrections, and additions thereto subsequently recorded, including pursuant to Article 3.

Related to Survey Map and Plans

  • Title Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9.

  • Record of survey map means a map of a survey of land prepared in accordance with Section 10-9a-603, 17-23-17, 17-27a-603, or 57-8-13.

  • Title Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 6.17.

  • Title Commitment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Survey means a survey of the Property prepared by a surveyor licensed in the State and satisfactory to Lender and the company or companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy, and containing a certification of such surveyor satisfactory to Lender.

  • Old Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8(b).

  • Surveys has the meaning set forth in Section 4(o) above.

  • Existing Survey means the existing ALTA survey of the Property.

  • Seller Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).

  • Survey Area means the area of land or waters the subject of a Survey, or proposed to be the subject of a Survey.

  • Approved Plans means any new or revised plans that are required by this Permit that received approved from the MPCA.

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Title Policy shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Title Objections has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.2(a).

  • Title Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Building Plans mean the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and include any approved amendments thereto;

  • Title Insurance Policies means, with respect to each Individual Property, an ALTA mortgagee title insurance policy in a form acceptable to Lender (or, if an Individual Property is in a State which does not permit the issuance of such ALTA policy, such form as shall be permitted in such State and acceptable to Lender) issued with respect to such Individual Property and insuring the lien of the Mortgage encumbering such Individual Property.

  • Mortgage Policies has the meaning specified in Section 6.13(b)(ii).

  • New Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(b).

  • Purchaser Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(a)(v).

  • ALTA means American Land Title Association, or any successor thereto.

  • Survey Report means a report of the results of a Survey, containing the information set out in clause 12.4 and Schedule 6.

  • Professional land surveyor means a professional land surveyor licensed under ch. 443.

  • Land surveyor means the land surveyor appointed by the Seller, to act as such from time to time in respect of the Development or a member of a firm so appointed.

  • Permitted Exceptions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

  • Closing protection letter means an agreement by the division to indemnify a lender or owner or both for loss caused by a division closer’s theft of settlement funds or failure to comply with written closing instructions relating to title certificate coverage when agreed to by the division closer.
