Surplus to Region definition

Surplus to Region. Teachers with less seniority than the staff complement shall be declared to be “Surplus to Region”.
Surplus to Region a Surplus to Region Teacher is a Teacher for whom no teaching position will be available in the jurisdiction of the Board in the following school year, and who has received or will receive notice of layoff pursuant to Article 14.03.

Examples of Surplus to Region in a sentence
