Surface Rights definition

Surface Rights means all rights to use the surface of land in connection with the Properties including, without limitation, all rights to enter upon and occupy the surface of land on which the Tangibles and Xxxxx are located and rights to cross or otherwise use the surface of land for access to the Properties;
Surface Rights is defined in Section 2.2(h).
Surface Rights means any interest in any real property, whether freehold, leasehold, license, right of way, easement or any other surface or other right in relation to real property.

More Definitions of Surface Rights

Surface Rights means all surface leases, subsurface leases, rights-of-way, licenses, easements and other surface or subsurface rights agreements applicable to, used, or held in connection with the ownership, operation, maintenance or repair of, or the production, gathering, treatment, processing, storing, sale or disposal of Hydrocarbons or produced water from, the Xxxxx Properties, together with all surface fee interests in the lands covered by the Xxxxx Leasehold and Mineral Interests.
Surface Rights. All easements, permits, licenses, servitudes, rights-of-way, surface or seabed leases, and other surface or seabed rights appurtenant to, and used or held for use in connection with the Assets.
