Surety Provider Reimbursement Amounts definition

Surety Provider Reimbursement Amounts means, as of any date of determination, (i) an amount equal to the aggregate of any amounts due as of such date to the Surety Provider pursuant to the Insurance Agreement in respect of unreimbursed draws under the Surety Bond, including interest thereon determined in accordance with the Insurance Agreement, and (ii) an amount equal to the aggregate of any other amounts due as of such date to the Surety Provider pursuant to the Insurance Agreement.

"TELERATE PAGE 3750" means the display page currently so designated on the Moneyline Telerate Service (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying comparable rates or prices). "TEMPORARY GLOBAL CLASS A-1 NOTE" is defined in Section 5.2. "TEMPORARY GLOBAL CLASS A-2 NOTE" is defined in Section 5.2. "TEMPORARY GLOBAL CLASS A-3 NOTE" is defined in Section 5.2.

Related to Surety Provider Reimbursement Amounts

  • Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.

  • Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amounts With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination, the amount of any Advance made with respect to such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination on or before the date such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination becomes (or, but for the making of three monthly payments under its modified terms, would then constitute) a Corrected Loan, together with (to the extent accrued and unpaid) interest on such Advances, to the extent that (i) such Advance is not reimbursed to the Person who made such Advance on or before the date, if any, on which such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination becomes a Corrected Loan and (ii) the amount of such Advance becomes a future obligation of the Mortgagor to pay under the terms of modified Loan Documents. That any amount constitutes all or a portion of any Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall not in any manner limit the right of any Person hereunder to determine in the future that such amount instead constitutes a Nonrecoverable Advance.

  • Collection Costs means an amount that the Municipality can charge with regard to the enforcement of a consumer’s monetary obligations;

  • L/C Reimbursement Obligation means, for any Letter of Credit, the obligation of the Borrower to the L/C Issuer thereof, as and when matured, to pay all amounts drawn under such Letter of Credit.

  • Undisputed Amounts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(iii).

  • Unapplied Provider Advance means any Provider Advance other than an Applied Provider Advance.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.

  • Reimbursement Date as defined in Section 2.4(d).

  • Administrative Costs means all costs and expenses associated with providing notice of the Settlement to the Settlement Class and administering and carrying out the terms of the Settlement.

  • Capitalization Reimbursement Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount of Advances or Servicing Advances that were added to the Stated Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Loans during the prior calendar month and reimbursed to the Master Servicer or Subservicer on or prior to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.10(a)(vii), plus the Capitalization Reimbursement Shortfall Amount remaining unreimbursed from any prior Distribution Date and reimbursed to the Master Servicer or Subservicer on or prior to such Distribution Date.
