Supporting Documentation definition

Supporting Documentation means the documents listed in Schedule A of this Certificate which forms part of this
Supporting Documentation means documents that validate expense claims to include, but not limited to the following:
Supporting Documentation means a memorandum to the board containing a request for reimbursement and explanation of the reason for the expense. All receipts for which reimbursement is sought and a travel claim must be attached to the memorandum.

Examples of Supporting Documentation in a sentence

  • If the Customer has so specified in the Call Off Order Form, the Supplier shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Customer for Reimbursable Expenses (in addition to being paid the relevant Call Off Contract Charges under this Call Off Contract), provided that such Reimbursable Expenses are supported by Supporting Documentation.

  • Examples of Supporting Documentation: Receipts or account statements reflecting purchases made for Credit Monitoring or Identity Theft Insurance Services.

  • Examples of Supporting Documentation: Invoices or statements reflecting payments made for professional fees/services.

  • Where Services are to be provided to Contracting Authorities under any Call Off Contract on the basis of Framework Prices submitted by the Supplier to the Authority using the Time and Materials pricing mechanism, the Supplier shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Contracting Authorities for Reimbursable Expenses (in addition to being paid the relevant Charges under the respective Call Off Contracts), provided that such Reimbursable Expenses are supported by Supporting Documentation.


More Definitions of Supporting Documentation

Supporting Documentation means sufficient information in writing to enable the Customer to reasonably to assess whether the Call Off Contract Charges, Reimbursable Expenses and other sums due from the Customer under this Call Off Contract detailed in the information are properly payable. This Call Off Schedule 3 details: the Call Off Contract Charges for the Goods and/or the Services under this Call Off Contract; and the payment terms/profile for the Call Off Contract Charges; the invoicing procedure; and the procedure applicable to any adjustments of the Call Off Contract Charges.
Supporting Documentation has the meaning ascribed to it in section 4.1(a) of this Agreement.
Supporting Documentation means any documentation required by Alberta Municipalities to be submitted for each Upgrade, as specified on the Eligible Residential CEIP Upgrades pages on the Program website.
